Responsible for daily internal
communications guests from partner to new-hire levels at Deloitte’s
state-of-the-art training center, and including messaging to visiting clients
and vendors. Created and maintained five interactive displays around campus to
share Deloitte history and culture for 65,000 guests per year.
- Curated daily content for North America’s
second-largest interactive touchscreen resulting in almost 4,000 monthly
interactions.
- Led mobile app redesign that greatly increased
number of monthly uses (985 to 6,428 in first month rolled out) and increased
users from 300 to over 4,000.
- Acted as director and producer for on-site video
productions, managing internal and external talent.
- Managed $50,000 annual budget as community service
council lead.
- Created and maintained daily changing content for School
of Management Web site and video wall in school atrium.
- Acted as liaison between faculty, staff and
External Affairs team to most effectively brand School of Management online.
- Managed site redesign and implementation of
WordPress content management system.
- Wrote daily articles for movie and television news,
including daily e-Dialog digital newsletter to subscribers.
- Implemented staff Twitter handles, including
training writers on social media best practices.
